I am pleased to welcome you to North Tokyo Counseling. I specialize in working with adolescents, children, and adults.
I have been working in mental health since 2012, and I saw a need for affordable treatment for people in Asia. We offer both online and in-person counseling as well as psychological evaluation.

Who We Are
North Tokyo Counseling supports individuals facing various challenges while living abroad. We specialize in helping children, adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate the complexities of life. We have extensive experience supporting clients with special educational needs and tailor our approach to meet your unique requirements. We also offer psychological testing.
We accept clients from five years old and up.
For your convenience, all counseling sessions are conducted in either English, Japanese, Spanish, or Romanian. Please explore the menu above to learn more about our services.
Our therapists offer a range of modalities, including psychodynamic and analytic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational therapy, NLP, EMDR, and emotion-focused therapy.
We offer both online and in-person counseling options. If you prefer face-to-face interaction, please visit our Nihonbashi office, located just 5 minutes from Kayabacho Station, 10 minutes from Nihonbashi Station, 5 minutes from Suitengumae Station, and 20 minutes from Tokyo Station.
